I posted a couple of class papers below in the "science and other works" column, one on nitrogen and one on invasives. They are literature summaries interspersed with some original ideas and interpretations. They are less rigorous than peer-reviewed work but may interest the casual Googler.

In the new Public Data section of this site, I posted all of the raw data as well as data analysis scripts (R with embedded SQL) that accompanies my manuscripts. I believe that data analysis should be reproducible and that an important part of reproducibility is making public the actual measured numbers and the exact statistical manipulations performed.

Once again I have added a bunch of names to the Acknowledgements section. I just keep meeting interesting people! Good work everyone on getting to know me.
