N EARLY AUGUST, I TRAVELLED TO TUCSON, ARIZONA TO attend the 87th annual meeting of the Ecological Society of America. I took photos mostly during my drive to and from Tucson. Here are a few of them:
I'm living at Ridge House in Berkeley, where I've been planting a native plant garden in our front yard. I'll have some photos of that and other Ridge house events when I overhaul this website in December. I'm finishing up my second to last semester as an undergraduate at the University of California.
Last month, I posted an essay called Loving Our Land that I wrote for my Environmental History class with Professor Carolyn Merchant. Here's my creative project assignment from the same class.
