OR THE THIRTEENTH SUMMER IN A ROW, MY FAMILY and I set out on vacation. After a quick stop in Las Vegas to see relatives, we took off for the canyons and mountains of Utah. We saw the aspen forests of the Manti LaSal mountains and revisited Hovenweep National Monument for our fifth time. It was fun to share these places with Jeanette who did not remember her last visit.
