Busy satisfying my insatiable demand for ecology, I took few pictures during the conference. On my drive out of Tucson, I stopped at a small nature preserve called Pacheco Peak State Park to enjoy the Sonora Desert flora. This is a fishhook barrel cactus, Ferocactus wislizenii.
