A BUCK FOR BUCK ROCK
After all of the students enjoyed the view from Buck Rock, they each made a charitable contribution of $1 to the Buck Rock Foundation. The Buck Rock Foundation works to keep the fire lookout open. Katie, one of my fellow counselors, is holding our talking stick and sharing her impressions of Buck Rock with the Foundation members who came to camp to accept our donation. All of the instructors, counselors, and students had a chance to share.
